    • Chitrak mool (plumbago zeylanica), Sunthi (Zinziber officinale), Triphala, Anantmool (Hemidesmus indicus).
    • Reduces the increased capillary permeability thereby reducing the varicosity of the veins in the rectal region. Nagkesar (Mesua ferrea).
    • Anti inflammatory and Analgesic action that reduces pile mass and provides relief from peri-anal pain.
    • Rasranjan extract,Nagkesar (Mesua ferrea).
    • Arrests bleeding by virtue of its astringent and haemostatic action.
    • Kankayan vati, Bolbhada ras, Rasranjan, Kutaj (Holarrhena Antidysenterica) Dhamasa (Alhaji Camelorum).
    • Prevents infection and helps in healing of piles. Anantmool (Hemidesmus indicus).
